Volunteers Needed for Research Study on Glyphosate and Herbicide Selection

Do you make weed management decisions in California orchards? We are interested in finding out more about the factors that matter to you, especially as they relate to glyphosate and other herbicides.

This study seeks to understand grower decision-making surrounding cost, logistics, economics, and worker safety when choosing herbicides, using glyphosate in almonds as a model. The results may be used to improve educational content from the University of California.

You may qualify if you

  • · Are an almond grower

  • · Are a pest control adviser

  • · Make weed management decisions in almonds or other orchard crops

Participation involves one approximately hour-long survey and interview session held virtually.

Participants will be compensated with a $30 Amazon gift card
