Come learn about best management practices for replanting almonds, and view a research plot examining nitrogen and phosphorus fertilization in a young almond orchard

Registration is required, $5 to attend. Lunch will be provided, however registration will need to be completed by May 12 in order to receive a boxed lunch

8:30 – 9:00 Nitrogen management in newly planted almond orchards

9:00 – 9:30 Phosphorus fertilization of newly planted almonds

9:30 – 10:15 Phytophthora, rootstock trials, and anaerobic soil disinfection

10:15 – 10:45 Field management of almonds to reduce phytophthora risks
